Investment Team

Mr. Gulati is a Partner at Surge Private Equity. He primarily heads up transactions in the software, technology services, and pharmaceutical services industry verticals. He serves on the board of Elite Clinical Network.

Prior to joining Surge, he worked for Rallyday Partners, an operational-focused private equity firm managing over $350 million in committed capital focused on investing into healthcare, education, business services, and technology verticals. Prior to joining Rallyday, Mr. Gulati was an investor across multiple asset classes at ArrowMark Partners and Highland Capital. He began his career as an investment banker at MHT Partners, where he focused on M&A sell-side advisory.

Mr. Gulati earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors/Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Originally from Houston, he supports the Rockets and plays tennis in his spare time.
