Mr. Allin is a Operating Partner at Surge Private Equity. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Surge’s RentACoop, LLC, a multi-focused company that manufactures and distributes poultry and small animal care products.

 Mr. Allin has a diverse background having worked in many industries, in various roles, and in many parts of the globe including China, Brazil, Oman, Turkey, Singapore, Malaysia, Spain and Mexico. Mr. Allin’s most recent senior leadership role was CEO of Nature’s Bakery – a $120mm snack food company with over 500 employees. Mr. Allin is a growth strategist, analyst, mentor, and production expert with 20 years’ experience in restructuring companies to achieve peak performance. A customer and quality-centric executive known for financial acuity, systemic planning, IT utilization and accessible leadership.

 Mr. Allin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from California Southern University, an M.B.A. from Colorado Tech., and a Doctorate in Business Administration from California Southern University – Summa cum Laude. Mr. Allin has received International Honors for High Academic Achievement from Sigma Beta Delta and Delta Mu Delta. Mr. Allin has completed substantial coursework at the University of California, Santa Barbara and the University of California, Los Angeles.
