Dr. Phan is an operating partner at Surge Private Equity. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer at Access Dental.
Dr. Phan is the founder and CEO of Access Dental. He started the company in 2007 and has built a platform that provides dental services to many underserved communities in Texas. He has developed Access into a multi-specialty practice which facilitates various specialties including orthodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, pediatrics and sedation.
He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis and a Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Phan enjoys every minute he spends with his two children.
