Investment Team

Mr. Andrade is a Vice President at Surge Private Equity. He is primarily responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments. He serves on the board of Coastal Amusements.

Prior to joining Surge, Mr. Andrade was employed as an Associate Consultant at Moss Adams, where he focused on buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory work within the healthcare, technology, business services, and retail industries. Prior to that, he worked in the asset management division of Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan.

Mr. Andrade earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is currently a candidate in the CFA program. Born and raised in Mexico City, Mr. Andrade spends his free time playing tennis, traveling, and reading.
